Now operating as a home-based florist, Heaven Scent continues to provide the same exceptional service and beautiful blooms our customers have come to love – just without a physical shopfront. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, sending sympathy, or simply wanting to make someone’s day, Gail is here to help you choose the perfect floral design.
Orders can be placed by phone or online, with local delivery available Monday to Saturday. If you have something specific in mind, feel free to reach out, custom creations are always welcome.
Delivery
Every order received and delivered by Heaven Scent is created by a professional florist who pride themselves in providing the best quality and freshest flower and gift basket arrangements for any occasion.
Same day delivery is available throughout Ingham for all orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday & Saturday before 2pm. For the same day deliveries to all Cardwell & Townsville areas, you need to order prior to 10.30am Monday to Friday.
Any orders received outside of these ‘cut-off’ times will be delivered the following business day.
Orders which need to be delivered outside of the Ingham area will acquire an extra fee, depending on the distance from dispatch, our internet sales consultant will contact you by telephone and if unsuccessful then via email.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the day before, or the following business day.

These cut off times do not apply to busy floral events including Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day and Christmas. Please check with us for the order cut off times for these days.
International & Interstate Deliveries
We do offer flowers for delivery in and outside of Australia. If you wish to place an order through our networks, please call us on (07) 4776 3355 or email us on heavenscentflowers@bigpond.com and our internet sales consultant will help you with your requirements.
